We invite you to join us for a special Meet, Greet & Learn with AWRE, the development team behind The Orchards, the new project planned for the former Southern Vermont College campus.

This gathering is an opportunity to meet the developers, learn more about their vision for the campus, hear about anticipated next steps, and have an open conversation about questions, opportunities, challenges, or concerns surrounding the project.

Just as importantly, the AWRE team is interested in getting to know the small businesses, entrepreneurs, and community leaders who make Bennington and the surrounding region what it is. As this significant property enters its next chapter, we believe creating those connections early is valuable for everyone involved.
