Description
The chamber has partnered with the Southwestern Vermont Medical Center and their Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Trey Dobson, to offer our members a special, small group digital roundtable with Dr. Dobson.
As many of you know, we have been working with SVMC to offer CAT-TV telecasts throughout the COVID pandemic. The next phase of our partnership is to offer individual industry members a candid, real discussion around health and safety advice when resuming operations.
In this special virtual session for dining and attraction Chamber members, Dr. Dobson, Chief Medical Officer and Board-Certified Emergency Physician at Southwestern Vermont Health Care, will answer questions regarding COVID-19, offer health tips as the region continues to lift restrictions, and update the community on the importance of maintaining and resuming medical services.
Dr. Dobson received his bachelor’s degree in physics from The University of the South in Tennessee, a master’s degree in geology from the University of Wyoming and his medical degree from The University of Tennessee. He completed his residency in emergency medicine at the University of Virginia. Dr. Dobson has worked at Southwestern Vermont Health Care for 15 years. He lives in Bennington with his wife and two sons, is an outdoor enthusiast, and loves trail running, bouldering, and exploring in the backcountry with his two yellow labs.
We hope you have some time next Thursday, August 6 at 10:30am to join us for a dining and attractions focused discussion.
We will send a registration code for the virtual call to all those that register!
