DESCRIPTION:TriLocal Banquet Forum hosted by the Bennington Farm to Plate (BF2P) Council.\n\n\n\nThis year\, BF2P has invited a panel to represent a variety of food system projects taking place within Bennington County. Featured panelist will include:\n\n- Jack Glade Executive Director\, Tutorial Center\, Inc./Youth Agriculture Project\n\n- Liz Ruffa Project Director\, Northshire Grows\n\n- Trevor Mance Founder\, TAM Inc./TAM Organics\n\n- Amanda Taft Sustainable Foods and Agriculture Program Instructor\, Southwest Vermont Career Development Center\n\n \n\nAn opportunity for discussion between the panelist and audience will be made available during the event. We expect a spirited exchange of ideas\, connections and momentum for the support of initiatives to build a stronger local and regional food system.\n\n \n\nThe event is free and open to the public with a light catered dinner provided by Bennington Meals On Wheels. Please contact Liz Thompson (see below) to let us know if you are coming by the January 21st so that Meals on Wheels will know how much food to prepare for the event. An opportunity will be available to make a donation to support the services Meals On Wheels provides throughout Bennington County.\n\n \n\nPlease invite anyone that you think would be interested in joining the conversation about our local and regional food system!
