This event provides the ideal setting for local entrepreneurs to make new connections\, find new team members\, and new investors. There has been growing interest and activity in Bennington's tech and venture scenes\, making it an ideal stop for Tech@. Brian McKenna\, a financial advisor at DB McKenna & Company and President of the Bennington Young Professionals group\, says "entrepreneurship and innovation have historically been a hallmark of our community and the impetus behind tremendous job growth [and this event] provides a starting point for a renewed\, and alternative focus on economic development in Bennington."\n\n\n\nSeveral organizations have partnered together to put on this event\, including venture capital firms\, economic development agencies\, and Bennington College.
