DESCRIPTION:Kick off Williamstown's Holiday Walk Weekend with an evening of the festive sounds of the season on Friday\, December 4 at 6:30 pm\, followed at 7:45 pm by a gourmet meal prepared by the Clark's executive chef Dan Hardy of STARR Events.\n\n \n\nWilliams College alumnus Jonathan Dely leads a jazz ensemble performing a wide selection of holiday favorites. The concert will be held on the lower level of the Clark Center. ). After the concert\, a three-course supper will be served in Caf  7. Supper will be followed by dancing to the sound of Dely's quintet. \n\nThe menu includes poached lobster with chorizo aioli\, potato hash\, grated egg\, and cress\; Northeast Family Farms braised short ribs with roasted delicata squash flavored with chestnuts\, pomegranate\, and sage brown butter\; and cream-filled profiteroles with chocolate sauce and coffee ice cream.
